The Hemp Virtual Conference—hosted by Hemp Grower magazine and Cannabis Conference, and sponsored by Cannasure Insurance Services—is a free virtual event to be held June 23 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. ET that will bring together growers, regulators and researchers to discuss some of the most pressing topics for licensed hemp farmers.

From sharing the latest in research, to creating a solid business plan, to better understanding regulations and how to adapt, as well as growing tips, industry experts will provide actionable education to help growers holistically improve their operations.

“Hemp farmers must not only must they make sure their crops are grown successfully to high-yielding harvests, but they also must manage partnerships, employees and finances in a burgeoning, commoditizing and oftentimes uncertain market, all while staying compliant under new and ever-evolving regulations,” says Cassie Neiden, director of conference programming. “We’ve recruited speakers from state departments of agriculture, to farmers and processors in established markets, as well as researchers from Penn State University, Cornell University, Purdue University and University of Vermont, to share their latest insights in these areas with the broader hemp market.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions to speakers during a live Q&A discussion at the end of each session. Each Hemp Virtual Conference registrant video recordings of each session approximately five to 10 business days after the event.
